The Merkaba is a powerful sacred geometry symbol. It is comprised of two intersecting tetrahedrons - one pointing upwards channeling energy from the heavens, the other pointing downwards, drawing up energy from the earth - that spin in opposite direction, creating a powerful high energy 3D field. Channeling the energy of the Merkaba activates a high energy field of protection and higher consciousness around you.
In your meditations, visualize yourself at the center of a Merkaba with the two tertrahedrons spinning faster and faster in opposite directions, creating a powerful vortex around your energy field. You will gradually feel lighter, more energized, in tune with your higher consciousness and at one with Universal love.
Carry or wear a Merkaba crystal or symbol with you as a reminder that you are always protected and have the innate power to tap into a higher level of energy anytime.
This practice equally reflects and bridges the Universal Law of Polarity (mutable) and the Universal Law of Correspondence (immutable).
The Universal Law of Polarity, also known as Duality, states everything has its pairs of opposites, everything is dual. Opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree. Extremes meet. All paradoxes may be reconciled.
For example, this means you cannot know “good” if you don’t know “bad”. You cannot know what it feels like to be in the “light” unless you know what “darkness” is.
The tension created by the duality of opposites, the see-saw of life, allows balance to be achieved. This balance may require you to be so much in the light because you have been in the darkness of unworthiness so long.
The fulcrum of the see-saw of balance is your reference point. The further down you have gone, the further up you need to go to eventually be in balance. The duality of opposites is continually required to enable you to find your balance and, thereafter, to keep in balance.
Excerpt from Mind Your Reality:
The Law of Correspondence, also known as the Law of Analogy. This Law tells us "As Above So Below, As Below So Above", "As Within So Without, As Without So Within" (The Kybalion). This means that there is "harmony, agreement and correspondence" between the Physical, Mental and Spiritual Planes.
Put simply, there is no separation since everything, including you, is Mind. The only difference is the rate of vibration, as the third of the Universal Laws tells us. The same pattern is expressed on all planes of existence from the smallest electron to the largest star, from the visible Physical Plane to the invisible Spiritual Plane.
The practical use of the Law of Correspondence is that it allows you to logically understand the nature of those things beyond your understanding by studying the nature of those things that you do understand and then finding the analogy.
For instance, by understanding the creative aspect of Universal Mind, you can precisely understand how your mind creates your reality. You can understand the state of your outer physical world by looking at your inner mental world. Similarly, your inner mental world can be revealed to you by looking at your outer physical world.
The New Thought author, James Allen, perfectly captured this Law when he said, "Circumstances do not make a man, they reveal him."
This means that your outer world circumstances are revealing your inner world and so to change your circumstances, you must change what you think, which includes how you feel, what you assume, what you believe and so on.
Moreover, the Ancient Greek Temple of Apollo at Delphi was referring to this great Law of Correspondence in the inscription "Know thyself and thou shalt know all the mysteries of the gods and the Universe.”
The bridging of these laws and interconnectedness are reflected in different cultural and religious traditions, most noticeably in Taoism’s Yin and Yang, Jewish/Hebrew Kabballah, and the Tree of Life (http://www.som.org/2laws/universallaws/duality.htm).
